Innocence is a new composition collected in Piano Spa 4. The melody and style was heavily inspired by Japanese pianist, Joe Hisashi.

It was recorded in free timing and features a moving slow passage and a contrasting faster rhythmic passage in the middle.

The song brings about the innocence of life, from childhood to adulthood. From joys to tears, gain and loss.
